Pulse by CloudFigma
Terms of service
In effect from 5 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you (the business using Pulse) and CloudFigma Private Limited (“CloudFigma”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Pulse lets your business send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. We set up your WhatsApp Business account in your business’s name, and provide the Pulse software and support. Your WhatsApp Business account remains yours.
2. Fees
- The Pulse subscription is billed once a year in advance: ₹9,999 in India, GST included, or ₹15,000 outside India.
- WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to the payment method you add in Meta, at Meta’s own rates. Pulse adds no charge per message.
- Clients on an earlier prepaid plan pay for messages from their Pulse credit, at the rates shown in their account.
3. Your responsibilities
- Follow WhatsApp’s Business Policy and Commerce Policy, and Meta’s terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour every request to stop.
- Do not send spam, unlawful content, or anything that misleads people about who you are.
- Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
Meta can limit or suspend a WhatsApp account that breaks its policies. That decision is Meta’s, and we may also suspend Pulse for an account that puts the platform or other clients at risk.
4. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews each year unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to support@cloudfigma.com; Pulse stays active until the end of the year you have paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
5. Availability
We work to keep Pulse running at all times, but cannot promise it will be free of interruptions, and we do not control Meta’s platform, its approval decisions, or the delivery limits WhatsApp applies to marketing messages.
6. Your data
Your contacts, messages and templates are yours. We handle them as described in our privacy policy, and you can export them while your account is open.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fee you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
