Pricing questions
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. In India Pulse is ₹9,999 a year including 18% GST. Outside India it is ₹15,000 a year, billed in Indian rupees.
What does Meta charge per message?
Meta bills each delivered template message to your own card at its rate. In India that is ₹0.8631 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for a utility or authentication message, before GST. Replies inside a customer’s 24-hour window are free, with no monthly limit.
Does CloudFigma add anything per message?
No. Pulse adds nothing to any message. Meta bills messages directly, so the only thing you pay CloudFigma is the yearly fee.
When do I pay?
Nothing until your WhatsApp number is live on Pulse. If Meta does not approve your business or number, you are not charged.
What happens after the first year?
Pulse renews at ₹9,999 a year in India. A launch offer, when one is running, applies to the first year only. You can cancel any time before renewal.
