How much does WATI cost in India?
WATI’s pricing page for India lists Growth at ₹2,199 a month billed yearly (₹26,388), Pro at ₹4,899 and Business at ₹14,799 a month billed yearly. Its Growth rate card, effective 1 October 2026, charges ₹1.0357 per marketing message and ₹0.1495 per utility message in India.
Does WATI charge per user?
Growth includes 3 users and cannot add more. Pro and Business include 5 users each, with extra users charged per month. Pulse has no per-user fee: your whole team replies from one number.
Does Pulse have an AI agent like WATI?
No. Pulse answers common questions with keyword auto-replies and ready-made packs in English, Kannada and Hindi, and a person replies from the shared inbox. If an AI agent that handles whole conversations is essential, WATI includes one on Growth.
Can I switch from WATI to Pulse?
Yes. The WhatsApp Business Account is registered to your business, so the number and approved templates can usually move. We plan the switch with you. If you rely on WATI chatbots, list them first so the simple ones can be rebuilt as keyword auto-replies.
