Pulse by CloudFigma
Privacy policy
In effect from 5 October 2026
This policy explains how CloudFigma Private Limited (“CloudFigma”, “we”) handles personal data in Pulse, our WhatsApp Business platform at pulse.cloudfigma.com. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Two kinds of data
Your account data. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, phone number and business details, and we keep a record of how you use Pulse (sign-ins, settings changed, invoices). We decide how this data is used, so we are responsible for it.
Your customers’ data. The contacts, messages, templates and files you send and receive through Pulse belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, on your instructions. You are responsible for having your customers’ consent to message them on WhatsApp, as WhatsApp’s Business Policy requires.
2. What we use it for
- To set up and run your WhatsApp Business account and deliver your messages.
- To bill the subscription and send invoices.
- To support you, and to tell you about problems with your account or messages.
- To keep Pulse secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customers’ data to market to them or to anyone else.
3. Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms, which runs the WhatsApp Business Platform that every message passes through.
- Google Cloud, which hosts Pulse in India.
- Razorpay, which processes subscription payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Our email provider, to send account emails and invoices.
- Authorities, when Indian law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. When you close your account, we delete your customers’ data on request, after giving you the chance to export it.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens for WhatsApp are encrypted at rest, and access inside CloudFigma is limited to the people who need it to support you. Every action taken while viewing a client’s account is logged.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@cloudfigma.com. If one of your customers asks us directly, we will pass the request to you, since you decide what happens to their data.
7. Cookies
Pulse uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your settings.
8. Grievance officer
For any complaint about how we handle personal data, write to the Grievance Officer, CloudFigma Private Limited, Bengaluru, at support@cloudfigma.com. We reply within 7 days.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account owners before the change takes effect.
