Pulse for salons and spas
For a salon or spa, Pulse sends the booking confirmation, a reminder the day before and, about six weeks later, an invitation to book again, all on the official WhatsApp Business API. The messages are ready in English, Kannada and Hindi. Pulse is ₹9,999 a year including GST, and Meta charges your card for each message at its own rate.
When the client books
It names the service, the salon and the time, for example a haircut and blow-dry on Saturday at 4 pm.
Same time, one day earlier
A 4 pm booking is reminded at 4 pm the day before, so a client whose plans changed can move the slot instead of not turning up.
The day after the visit
Asked once per client, while the new look is fresh, with a one-tap link to your Google page.
Six weeks after the visit
Goes only to clients who have not booked again since, and carries Reply STOP to opt out.
Before Diwali, wedding season or a quiet week
A campaign to clients who opted in, or only to a group you tagged, such as bridal clients. Pulse shows how many it will reach and Meta’s cost before you send.
Within seconds
A client who asks for prices or a slot gets your reply at once, and your team picks it up from the shared inbox.
These 3 templates come written in English, Kannada and Hindi. CloudFigma sends them to Meta for approval during setup. The examples below are filled in for Glow Salon, an example business.
salon_booking_confirmed
Confirms the service, place and time.
Hi Anjali, your haircut and blow-dry at Glow Salon is booked for Saturday 12 October at 4 PM.
salon_reminder
The day before, to cut no-shows.
Hi Anjali, a reminder that your haircut is tomorrow at 4 PM.
salon_rebook
Brings regulars back a few weeks after their last visit.
Hi Anjali, it has been a few weeks since your last visit to Glow Salon.
The pack also answers these by itself, in the language the customer writes in: timings, address and directions, prices, book a slot. A greeting welcomes new chats, and an away message replies when you are closed.
An example, not a quote: a salon with about 15 bookings a day. Every message is counted at Meta’s India rate before GST, as if none were free.
| Message | Category | Messages | Meta’s rate | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Booking confirmations | Utility | 400 | ₹0.115 | ₹46.00 |
| Day-before reminders | Utility | 400 | ₹0.115 | ₹46.00 |
| Google review requests | Marketing | 200 | ₹0.8631 | ₹172.62 |
| Six-week invitations to come back | Marketing | 150 | ₹0.8631 | ₹129.47 |
| One festive offer to clients who opted in | Marketing | 500 | ₹0.8631 | ₹431.55 |
| Meta’s charges for the month | Before GST | 1,650 | ₹825.64 | |
| Meta’s charges for a year | Before GST | 19,800 | ₹9,908 | |
| Pulse for a year | GST included | Nothing added | ₹9,999 |
In this example, Meta’s charges come to about ₹9,908 a year before GST, paid on your own card. Pulse is ₹9,999 a year with GST included, and adds nothing per message. Some messages cost less than shown: a utility message sent within 24 hours of the customer writing to you is free, and Meta does not bill a message it could not deliver. Yes. Tag those clients in Pulse and send the campaign to that tag. It goes only to people who agreed to hear from you, carries Reply STOP to opt out, and shows the number of people and Meta’s cost before it goes.
