Does Interakt have a free plan?
Not for WhatsApp, as of 5 October 2026. Interakt offers a free trial, and its cheapest WhatsApp plan is Starter at ₹3,499 a quarter or ₹11,999 a year, plus taxes. A ₹999-a-month Starter plan exists for Instagram only.
How much does Interakt cost in India?
Starter is ₹11,999 a year, Growth ₹26,399 a year or ₹2,799 a month, and Advanced ₹35,999 a year, all plus taxes. Marketing messages cost ₹0.970, ₹0.958 or ₹0.949 depending on the plan, and utility messages ₹0.160, ₹0.150 or ₹0.140. Enterprise is priced on request.
Is Pulse good for a Shopify store?
Pulse can send order updates and one-time passwords from any store through its API, but it has no ready-made Shopify app. Interakt’s Shopify integration, with abandoned-checkout reminders and a COD-to-prepaid flow, is the better fit if you want that without setup work.
Can I switch from Interakt to Pulse?
Yes. The WhatsApp Business Account belongs to your business, so the number and approved templates can usually move. We plan the switch with you. Pulse is a WhatsApp platform, so if you also answer Instagram messages in Interakt, decide where those will go first.
