After installing, open Pulse from your home screen and sign in once. Then turn on alerts in Settings.
On iPhone
- Open pulse.cloudfigma.com in Safari and sign in.
- Tap Share (the square with an arrow). If you do not see it, tap ••• first.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open Pulse from your home screen, go to Settings and turn on alerts.
On Android
- Open pulse.cloudfigma.com in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap Install when Pulse offers it, or tap ⋮ and then Install app.
- On Samsung Internet, tap ≡, then Add page to and Home screen.
- Open Pulse from your apps, go to Settings and turn on alerts.

Is the Pulse app free?
Yes. The app comes with every Pulse plan, which is ₹9,999 a year including GST in India. There is nothing extra to pay for it.
Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
No. Pulse installs from the browser in a few taps, so there is nothing to download from a store and nothing to update: it is always the latest version.
Will my phone tell me when a customer replies?
Yes, once you turn on alerts in Pulse’s Settings. On an iPhone, alerts work only after Pulse is added to the home screen, which is one more reason to install it.
Why can’t I see Add to Home Screen?
You are probably inside another app’s browser, such as Instagram, Facebook or the Google app, which cannot install apps. Open the page in Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on Android and try again.
Can I use Pulse on a computer too?
Yes. Sign in at pulse.cloudfigma.com in any browser. In Chrome or Edge you can also install it on the computer from the icon in the address bar.
