Pulse for gyms and fitness studios
With Pulse, a gym or fitness studio uses the WhatsApp Business API to confirm trial sessions, remind members before their membership ends and fill new classes. Members reply in the same chat, and your front desk answers from one shared inbox. Pulse costs ₹9,999 a year including GST. Meta bills every message to the gym’s own card at its rate.
When someone books a trial
It confirms the time and asks them to bring water and a towel.
The day before, from 9 am
A 7 am trial is reminded at 9 am the day before, because Pulse never sends a reminder before 9 am or after 8 pm.
About a week before the end date
Members reply RENEW to continue without a break, and your desk takes it from there.
Two weeks before the first class
A campaign to members who opted in, or only to a tag such as “morning batch”. They reply YES to save a spot.

Some messages cost less than shown: a utility message sent within 24 hours of the customer writing to you is free, and Meta does not bill a message it could not deliver.
