Pulse lets a coaching or tuition centre reach students and parents through the WhatsApp Business API: a class reminder the day before, a polite fee reminder before the due date, and new-batch news to past enquiries. Pulse costs ₹9,999 a year including GST. Reminders are utility messages, which Meta bills at its own rate, ₹0.115 each before GST.
The day before, at class time
A 5 pm class is reminded at 5 pm the day before. Most useful before tests, demo classes and changes in timing.
Five days before the due date
It names the fee, the amount and the date, and asks parents to pay at the office or reply for payment details.
Three to four weeks before the batch
A campaign to past enquiries and students who opted in. They reply YES to reserve a seat or book a free demo class.
