How much does Gallabox cost in India?
Gallabox’s pricing page lists Basic at ₹2,399, Essential at ₹5,599 and Advanced at ₹13,599 a month billed yearly, or ₹2,999, ₹6,999 and ₹16,999 billed quarterly. Its rate card charges ₹0.9926 per marketing message and ₹0.1323 per utility message in India.
Does Gallabox add a markup to WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Its pricing page says conversation fees are charged by Meta and shown on the invoice with Gallabox’s markup. Its India rates, ₹0.9926 and ₹0.1323, are 15% above Meta’s ₹0.8631 and ₹0.115. Pulse adds nothing, because Meta bills your own card.
Can Pulse take payments in WhatsApp like Gallabox?
No. Pulse does not have payments in chat or WhatsApp Flows. You can include a payment link from your own gateway in a message, but if collecting payment inside the chat matters, Gallabox includes payments on its Basic plan.
Is there a user limit on Pulse?
No. Your whole team can reply from the shared inbox at no extra cost. Gallabox Basic has a hard cap of 3 users; Essential includes 6 and charges ₹1,200 a month for each extra user.
